Stock Controller/Administrator – Weston-super-Mare

Contract type:  Permanent Rate:  £23,400p/a

GBRS are currently looking for a Stock Controller/Administrator, to work with our client in Weston–super–Mare.

As the Stock Controller, you will be providing an administration function to the technicians, ensuring accurate information is available when required and parts/spares are ordered without delay for fitting technicians. Main duties will include:

  • Know and understand all products classed as “Van Stock Consumables”
  • Order and maintain stock levels, keeping catalogues/spreadsheets updated for all products and suppliers
  • Source and negotiate prices for new products, to add to catalogues/spreadsheets when requested
  • Raise Purchase Orders for stock with suppliers for direct delivery to technicians
  • Record and update all purchases of stock on a Spend Sheet on a weekly basis and manage all credit accounts held with suppliers
  • Monitor all deliveries, to ensure delivery within agreed timescales and confirm receipts of all goods for invoice purposes
  • Deal with all invoice approvals/queries relating to stock and non-supply
  • Deal with all loss/damage/faults regarding technicians stock

Part-time Administrator – Yatton

Contract type:  Temporary to Permanent Rate:  £11.50p/h

GBRS are currently looking for a Part-time Administrator to work with our client, who are a construction contractor based in Yatton.

The main duties will involve:

  • General admin
  • Printing and filing
  • Completing health and safety reports
  • Organising cleaners for site
  • Calling customers to confirm bookings

You will also be required to assist the managers and relieve them from technical admin duties.

This is a part time role working Monday, Wednesday and Friday 08:00-17:00.

Account Coordinator – Weston-super-Mare

Contract type:  Permanent Rate:  £25,000p/a

GBRS are currently looking for an Account Coordinator to join our client, based in Weston-super-Mare.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will involve working directly with clients, members of the public and all internal departments within the business. On a day-to-day basis, you will be the driving force behind coordinating projects with project managers and providing daily updates to the clients.

You will need to have the ability to prioritise an ever-changing workload and have a problem-solving mindset, as this role will also require you to set the daily work schedules for onsite operatives and arrange appointments with customers. You must have a confident telephone manner with the ability to deal with any confrontation that may occur.

The Account Coordinator will also lead update review meetings with our clients via Teams, and maintain an updated work in progress report including submitting evidence of job completions for your accounts.

Normal working hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00, 100% office-based.

Office Administrator – Clevedon

Contract type:  Temporary to Permanent Rate:  £11.50p/h

GBRS are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work with our client in Clevedon, who are an award-winning Manufacturing Company.

Main duties will involve:

  • Organising customer orders
  • Emailing suppliers for quotes
  • Keeping both in-house and external systems updated with regulation compliance
  • Booking in jobs for customers
  • Ordering products
  • General administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the office

Full training will be provided, previous administration experience is essential.

The working hours for this role are: Monday-Friday – 08:30-17:00.

This is a Temp-Perm position, after completing a 3-month qualifying period, the client will look to employ you directly on a salaried contract, until then you will be paid weekly by GBRS.

Property Inventory Clerk – South West

Contract type:  Temporary to Permanent Rate:  £24,000p/a

GBRS are currently looking for an Inventory Clerk to work with our client, who are based in the South West.

The Inventory Clerk will be working with Letting Agents and Landlords across the South West, providing detailed condition reports when tenants move in or out of rental homes.

Your role will be to attend properties across the South West, assess their condition and create accurate reports using industry leading reporting systems and standards. You will also act as a representative of the property agent for the collection/handover of keys.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start their career in the property industry, working for a dynamic and ambitious company. We are looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written ability and someone who is happy to work autonomously when doing off-site visits.

Inventory experience or any experience in property would be preferred but not essential. Full training provided.

Production Operative – Banwell

Contract type:  Temporary to Permanent Rate:  £11.50p/h

GBRS are currently looking for a Production Operative to work with our client based in Banwell, outskirts of Weston-Super-Mare.

This role will see you producing P.U parts as directed and assist with general factory duties when required.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Moulding production of P.U parts
  • Trimming and presentation of P.U parts

Working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 | Friday 09:00-14:30

Compliance Administrator – Weston-super-Mare

Contract type:  Permanent Rate:  £27,000 - £32,000p/a

GBRS are currently looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our client on a permanent basis, who are based in Weston-super-Mare.

Your responsibilities would be to:

  • Review and verify completed installation documents
  • Produce and send certification to our clients for completed works
  • Feedback findings to site staff and fitting teams

You will need a keen eye for detail and the ability to retain vast amounts of information e.g Building regs etc.

This is a permanent position, pending a successful interview with our client. Our client is in the early stages of growing their compliance division; this is a fantastic opportunity to join the team at a great time, with plenty of progression for the right person.

This role is based solely in the office, working Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00.
