GBRS are currently looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to work with our client in Portishead, although hybrid working is also an option once your training has been completed.
The main focus of this role is the delivery of day-to-day recruitment administration and co-ordination activities.
Main Duties will include:
- Ensure job descriptions have been reviewed and evaluated by the Job Evaluation Advisor prior to advertising.
- Draft and upload job advertisements onto agreed websites/platforms.
- Respond to any queries from candidates and keep them informed of their progress at each stage of their application.
- Complete an initial review of candidates for hiring manager, using agreed criteria.
- Complete on-boarding activities including:
- requesting references
- arranging medicals, right to work and DBS checks
- drafting and sending offer letters, employment contracts and new starter documents
- escalate any concerns to HR colleagues for advice guidance.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies when appropriate, maintaining records of any agency temporary staff used.
- Support external recruitment activities including careers fairs and community events.
Initially this is assignment will be working on a 3-month Fixed Term basis – although if all goes well and the business needs require it, there is potential for a longer term or possibly even permanency.
GBRS are currently looking for various Mechanics to work with our client in Eastleigh, they are a leading Vehicle Preparation Center.
We currently have vacancies for Lvl 2 & Lvl 3 Mechanics, MOT testers and Master Technicians.
Duties will vary based on experience & position:
- Lvl 2 Entry-level – Completing mechanical inspection checks
- Lvl 3 Advanced – Undertake all mechanical work identified during initial inspections
- MOT Testers – Perform MOT’s on all vehicles
- Master Tech – Vastly skilled in repair, diagnosis, EV & electrical repairs
These are permanent positions, working on a 5/5/4 shift pattern from 6am – 6pm (5 on 5 off / 5 on 5 off / 4 on 4 off).

GBRS are currently looking for experienced construction Project Managers to work with our client, who are based in Weston-super-Mare. This is a friendly and progressive company with a newly refurbished, wonderful office space.
This is a full-time, salaried position – mainly working in the offices in Weston, with site visits as required. Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00.
The main responsibilities of this role are to:
- Lead and assist in development of projects and programs that will establish quality objectives.
- Manage teams through all phases of cycle development, including analysis, project design and development, testing periods, installation, and final delivery.
- Oversee a department and team of project managers, including budget management, scheduling, and risk analysis.
- Interface directly with managers, employees, vendors, and others to clearly define project requirements and expectations.
- Create a work plan that includes a schedule, milestones, control, and risk factors.
